Open Settings → Account management → Delete account while signed in, then reauthenticate and confirm. The service removes your online account, published towers, private history and progress backups, online wallet and related account records. Local coins, cosmetics and saved towers remain on your device.

Request without the app

Email cmoonjun11@gmail.com with the subject “Stack Stack account deletion”, your sign-in provider, and the account email if available. We verify account ownership before deleting data. Do not send a password or verification code. You can also request deletion of a specific published tower, private cloud backup, or support correspondence without deleting your account.

Completion and retained records

Processing may continue after the app closes. A completion receipt can be checked for 30 days after completion; this validity period does not guarantee automatic erasure of all stored copies at that time; its recovery secret is removed from the device when completion is acknowledged. Receipt recovery is not supported after reinstalling or losing the device. A minimal deletion marker may remain to block stale requests; it contains no tower, wallet or sign-in credentials. Residual competition settlement records may remain and are not guaranteed to be anonymous. Applicable legal retention requirements may also apply. Service-provider security logs follow their retention policies.

Local data

Online account deletion does not erase local progress. Use your device’s app-data deletion/uninstall controls to remove the local save and manage any OS backups separately.
